Top Brokers Turn Out For Midtown 4 Penthouse Party
An elite group of fifty of South Florida brokers including Elena Bluntzer of The Bluntzer Group, Jim Morlock of Premier Estate Properties, and top agents from Engel Voelkers and One Sotheby’s turned out for a little soiree with Haute Living’s Haute Residence. Agents and their international clients, including a recent NBA World Champion Miami Heat player, came to be entertained and tour the penthouse at one of Midtown Miami’s finest residences. Fine champagne along with hors d’oeuvres and specialty selections from private celebrity chef, Chef Donna were all on the menu at the gathering. The penthouse property, with sweeping views of the city is a steal listed for $1,569,900, which includes the Tui Lifestyle decor throughout.
