Caviar, Champagne and Furs for a Beverly Hills Birthday Party

Petrossian Paris and Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills joined forces to celebrate the birthday of Christine Alexandra Chiu, wife of Dr. Gabriel Chiu (Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery, Inc.) on December 13, 2012 in an evening filled with caviar, champagne and furs! The evening began with a Moet & Chandon champagne reception, followed by a spectacular fashion show presented by the Neiman Marcus Fur Salon.

An eight-course champagne, vodka, and caviar pairing was served, including traditional favorites like Tsar Imperial Ossetra and Royal Kaluga, and a delicious and creative five-course dinner followed, each course paired with a special wine flown in from around the world. At the end of the evening, Neiman Marcus graciously raffled off Chanel mink earmuffs. Some notable guests included Ariela Shani, Carla Sands, Robin Broidy, NJ Goldston, Sally Perrin, Anne Crawford, Joni Smith, Sutton Stracke, and Catherine An. Flowers were done by Eddie Zaratsian Custom Florals and the cake was by Sweet Lady Jane.
