Hair salon expert, Vidal Sassoon, has also successfully mastered the property flipping skills. He vigorously lead the renovation of a Richard Neutra-designed home he had bought in 2004. Now the house has been put on the market for a whopping $19.5 million. Talk about a rewarding flip!

Apparently the renovations consisted of very intricate and detailed improvements throughout the house. Renovations exemplified by the asking price.

Sassoon’s $19.5 gem that just came out of the rough is located above Bel Air off of Mulholland Drive at the end of a long and winding driveway (which emphasizes the privacy that the property offers). With breathtaking panoramic views of the Catalina Islands the house includes an art gallery, an impressive kitchen (probably ready to feed a party of 50), and a sprawling pool. Rest assured that the house is gorgeous and meticulously styled, after all, we are speaking about the man who invented the precision Bob cut!
