The new AKA Beverly Hills extended-stay hotel has officially opened for guests looking to stay 30 days or more. With suites priced at $325 per night and penthouses going for $650 per night, AKA Beverly Hills is making a grand entrance.
According to LA Curbed, the AKA Beverly Hills is located in the old Crescent Apartments building and the property’s press release states it will be catering to “celebrities, upscale consumers and affluent international travelers”. Providing a “home away from home”, AKA Beverly Hills commissioned architecture firm Koning Eizenberg and Asfour Guzy Architects to transform the property into a luxury 88 suite extended-stay hotel.
Each of the rooms comes fully-furnished and one bedroom, two bedroom, bi-level townhouses and stunning Penthouse suites are available with square footage ranging from 850 square feet to 1,810 square feet. Each residence features fully equipped gourmet kitchens, custom furnishings, private balconies (in most residences) and amenities such as a residents-only garden courtyard to lounge or enjoy a cocktail. The property also has a fitness center, redesigned entryway for cars and pedestrians “to reduce the impact of cars and enhance the pedestrian experience.”
The Beverly Hills property is AKA’s ninth, however it is the first to open on the West Coast.
AKA Beverly Hills is located at Crescent Drive and Wilshire Boulevard, providing prime access to Rodeo Drive, Robertson Boulevard and Via Rodeo.
