Nicole Kidman Sells West Village Condo For $16 Million
Nicole Kidman is saying goodbye to her Perry Street apartment and its sweeping Hudson River views. The actress sold her 3-bedroom apartment at 176 Perry to an unknown buyer for $16 million. Kidman was the unit’s first tenant. She paid $6.6 million for entry into the much-discussed glass building–one of three designed by architect Richard Meier–in 2002 for $6.6 million, shortly after her divorce from Tom Cruise. Kidman and her current husband, country singer Keith Urban, own an apartment at 200 11th Avenue, in Chelsea, in addition to homes in Nashville, Los Angeles and Kidman’s Australia.
