After attending Wellington School of Design, Rebecca Taylor moved to New York try her hand in one of the fashion capitals of the world. She established her own label in 1996, with her business partner Elizabeth Bugdaycay, and received raving reviews at Gen Art in 1997. Her romantic and whimsical designs are a favorite with girlie girl celebrities and VIPs.
