Alan Nathan

As the President & CEO of Choice Hospitality Group, Alan Nathan is a local tastemaker and one of Los Angeles’ leading restaurant experts. His experience in hospitality began in 1998, and after only one year in business, his first venue, Tengu, was honored by Conde Nast Traveler as “One of 100 Hot Tables…The World’s Most Exciting New Restaurants from Rome to Rio”. He later went on to open several other unique, cutting-edge venues: Fuel Bar in Hollywood, Nacional, The Ivar, Paladar Bistro Cubano, Lincoln Steakhouse Americana, NINETHIRTY & The Backyard at W Los Angeles – Westwood, Holly’s Bar and Lounge, Playhouse Hollywood, Sweet Love Hangover, The Vanguard Nightclub, Lexington Social House, China White and The Fairfax. Nathan is responsible for the overall vision of the company, ranging from strategic planning to investor relations.
