A-Rod Looks for New Bachelor Pad in Miami

News | March 9, 2010

New York Yankee and rumored man-candy to Hollywood Starlets, Alex Rodriguez, is close to signing the papers to a brand new bachelor pad on North Bay Road in Miami, according to the New York Post.

The brand-new mansion is apparently costing him about $12 million. But that shouldn’t be a problem for the third baseman who last year listed his current waterfront Coral Gables estate on the market for $9.9 million.

But apparently, this price was recently changed. The original price for the current man pad was originally listed for $14.9 million, but with the current recession, nobody was willing to drop the money for the mansion, so the seller slashed off $3 million from the original asking price.

A-rod was also seen scoping out other properties in the Miami area, even touring a 30,000-square-foot $57 million waterfront mansion on posh Indian Creek Island where his neighbors would have been Victoria’s Secret Adriana Lima and Spanish super-star Julio Iglesias. Imagine the possibilities.
