Gulf Coast Kitchen by Gabriele Corcos at the MYC this Summer

This summer, the Cooking Channel’s star, Gabriele Corcos will be the consulting chef at the Montauk Yacht Club.  Corcos starred on the Cooking Channel’s “Under the Tuscan Sun,” which focuses on Tuscan fair such as Pasta Al Vino and Caponata, a vegetable stew.

Corcos will bring his Italian style and fresh cuisine to the MYC’s classical beach fair, surely spicing up this summer’s menu, which is to be announced.

Corcos will also be at the SOBE Food and Wine Festival through Sunday.
