The other 32 residences, which are up to 6,900 square feet in size, are left unfurnished, allowing residents the freedom to decorate their homes to suit their taste.

On Nov. 30,  the Montage Residences Deer Valley unveiled a contemporary two-story residence, curated by famed interior designer Philip Gorrivan and One Kings Lane co-founder Alison Pincus.  The duo created a dramatic environment for today’s modern family, complete with ornate “tree branch” chandeliers and a 10-foot dining room banquette. Gorrivan launched his design firm in 2001, and has since earned himself a place on the esteemed House Beautiful’s “Top 100 Designers” list. Pincus has been celebrated for supplying the best in designer home décor at competitive prices.

“We sought out top interior designer Philip Gorrivan and One Kings Lane Co-Founder Alison Pincus, two names with great appeal to modern families, to create the ultimate comfortable living space at North America’s newest mountain resort,” said Chris Smith, President of Ohana Real Estate Investors, the owners of Montage Deer Valley.

Throughout the seasons, the Montage Residences Deer Valley offer a mélange of indoor and outdoor activities. For the adventurous soul, winter recreations include snowshoeing, ice-skating, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, bobsledding and sleigh rides.
