Haute Secrets Dallas: Alberto Lomardi
Alberto Lombardi is the Don Corleone of the Dallas restaurant scene. An Italian native, the Dallas-based restaurateur once had restaurants in all US time zones before coming back to the Big D to expand his empire of fine eateries. His seven local restaurants run the gamut from French bistro Toulouse to the Northern Italian Cibus Café in Northpark Mall to his newest venture, the just-opened La Fiorentina, a Tuscan steakhouse, all showcasing his vast experiences in a variety of culinary cultures. With another opening this April in Highland Park Village, it appears there is no limit to where Lombardi could go.
