Lacey Stone, a former Division 1 basketball player and state-ranked tennis player, is now one of New York City’’s most sought-after fitness professionals. When she’s not teaching a jam-packed, energetic spin class or leading her other signature group fitness class THE BIG GAME! at Equinox, Lacey is frequently featured as a fitness expert on major news programs, most notably “The Today Show,” ABC News, “The Early Show” on CBS and “Extra,” and she recently appeared on two episodes of MTV’s hit reality show “Made” as a fitness coach.

In addition to being a celebrity personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Stone also founded her own company, Lacey Stone Fitness, from which she offers clients coaching in fitness, nutrition and life in general. She also has her signature program, BOOTYCamp!, a tremendously popular boot camp style workout that she holds in New York every summer.

Stone’s creative approach to fitness combined with her dynamic personality and genuine passion for her clients and students has garnered her a vast group of loyal followers and a solid reputation as one of the BEST fitness instructors in the entire city.
