Classically French trained chef Jeffrey Nimer has spent the last 15+ years experimenting and creating scrumptious recipes and winning accolades in the world of food. With his signature French and California-Mediterranean specialties, Nimer has vast experience in the food realm– having opened the Blue Door Restaurant at the Delano Hotel on South Beach, served as head chef for Lavande Restaurant at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. His Los Angeles based catering company is in high demand as well as his talents as a private chef.
