Warning: Naples Beach Club May Cause Life to Feel Too Ordinary

Some places impress you. Then, some places undo you. Slowly, exquisitely, until your shoulders drop, your breathing softens, and the world beyond the horizon feels … irrelevant.
Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, is unapologetically the latter.
Set along 1,000 feet of white sand in the enclave of Old Naples, this Gulf Coast debut marks Four Seasons’ first venture westward in Florida—and with it, a recalibration of the city’s luxury geography. Naples, once discreetly affluent and intentionally understated, has entered its glow-up era. With this opening, it no longer whispers wealth; it hums it, elegantly.
Opened November 16, 2025, the resort’s 220 accommodations, including 57 suites, are thoughtfully arranged to the horizon, ensuring no guest is left without a view. Every room faces the Gulf, each balcony with a private observatory for sunsets that remind you why life’s quiet moments are the most treasured and worth every effort. Every hotel has a penthouse suite, but very few offer a crown jewel. The 7,000-square-foot five-bedroom Sabal Suite, comes with a 2,100-square-foot terrace, private pool, Jacuzzi, and views so sweeping, it practically has its own zip code within the resort.
Now, come spend the day with me at Naples Beach Club! Inside, Champalimaud Design orchestrates relaxed grandeur. The aesthetic is residential but refined, nostalgic yet surgically precise. The lobby arrives tall and luminous, wrapped in crisp white millwork and sculptural plaster bas-relief palm fronds. With green accents that feel less decorative and more of a botanical soul. Overhead, bleached Pecky Cypress, a rare Florida wood prized for its spots and voids, adds texture, history, and a sense of home.
Each movement through the resort is intentional. The lobby flows into the library which pours into The Merchant Room, each space spilling gracefully into the next. Along the way, custom lighting inspired by the gilded romance of the 1920s, leads the way. Inviting guests forward as their eyes drift naturally toward the shimmering gulf.
The Merchant Room, the resort’s oceanfront restaurant, is helmed by two-time James Beard Award–winning chef Gavin Kaysen. The space captures a flawless day-to-night aesthetic as it is wrapped in a moody mural by Dean Barger Studio depicting contemporary murals of flamingos and mangroves with a soft realism. Birdcage-inspired pendants cast a soft glow over rattan barstools, piped leather chairs, and soaring palms. The cheese curds make a striking first impression and the butternut squash agnolotti dissolves on the tongue, its lingering finish tempting immediate seconds.
Naples Beach Club was committed to keeping its beloved local institutions. HB’s and Sunset Bar have been thoughtfully reimagined, still nostalgic, but now sharpened with the Four Season’s touch. Sunset Bar remains Naples’ most sacred golden-hour ritual, where Latin-leaning bites and tropical cocktails set the scene from heartfelt toasts to proposals.

After a day spent basking out in the sun, achieving the best tan of my life, a Sanctuary Spa appointment awaits me first thing the next morning. I’ve officially reached my vacation apogee. 30,000 square feet of bi-level serenity with 16 treatment rooms, a six-station thermal circuit, and a rooftop lap pool overlooking the future Tom Fazio–designed golf course. But most importantly, expert massage therapists who will melt away the back pain you’ve been carrying for months.
Ready to come tour my room with me? Guest corridors are lined with wood floors, striped runners, and whimsical custom doorknockers shaped like dragonflies, crabs, and shells. A charming touch that feels just as intentional as the Naples Beach Club team whose presence transforms every moment of your stay into something memorable.
Inside the rooms, beds face the ocean, anchored by traditional striped slipcovered headboards. Sea glass chandeliers shimmer above upholstered banquettes; lacquered minibars pop in flamingo pink and periwinkle. The bathrooms, clearly designed by a woman, feature the chicest vanities imaginable. Perfect for staging every vacation outfit before your hot-girl walk on the beach or a sunset photoshoot.
Now for my personal favorite….the gym. Designed by celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak, makes discipline feel indulgent. Outfitted with ALO equipment and Dua Lipa’s Frame Pilates reformer, the space is so breathtaking that you actually want to move.Every treadmill stride, lift and stetch feels dare I say jofyul. I found myself grinning on the treadmill. I know, it sounds impossible but it happened.
Service borders on telepathic. A hospitality button at the pool and the beach ensures Four Seasons appears, ready to make your wish feel inevitable. Princess treatment vs. king treatment — doesn’t matter. Titles dissolve here, and even the toothpicks are crowned with pearls. Everyone is sovereign.

Don’t worry, the heirs have their place too. Their play unfolds thoughtfully: a FINs Club for kids, a bowling alley and cinema opening in 2026, putting greens, and racquet courts. For active families, meet Bella, the resort’s 34-foot Hinckley Picnic Boat. With lacquered wood and ostrich-blue seats, Bella feels like an heirloom expression of American craftsmanship, echoing the values Four Seasons has long perfected: precision, polish, and quiet pride.
Yet what lingered the most isn’t just the present moment at the Naples Beach Club, it’s the aftertaste, the realization that life feels muted without the Four Seasons. It reminds you, dangerously yet deliciously, of how good life can feel when everything is exactly as it should be.
