Haute Living celebrated Michelin Star Chef Daniel Boulud and cover star of Haute Wine and Spirits with The Macallan at Boulud Sud Miami during Art Basel Miami.

The event commenced with a tasty cocktail entitled “Joie De Vivre” infused with The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Angostura Bitters, ginger honey syrup, and topped with champagne.

Notable guests included: Aimee Deupi, Amanda Tucker, Krystian Stensby, Dr. Alonso Martin, Crime by Design, Dr. Careaga, Dr. Salas, Bozana Cavar, Dr. Bhanusali, and Dr. Paul Durand.

Boulud was engaging with guests throughout the special evening while savoring the exquisite flavors of The Macallan.

During the event, guests dined on four courses started with seafood dishes, including a sea scallop, hearts of palm, and tucupi vinaigrette followed by a second course with red snapper moqueca, shrimp, squid, coconut milk, rice, toasted farofa, and dendê oil.

For the third course, attendees savored a peppered beef tenderloin, dried meat, okra, and butter-toasted yucca.
Ending on a sweet note, the dessert dish was a pineapple passion fruit cachaça with lime panna cotta.
The evening reached its crescendo with an immersive sensory journey, masterfully curated by Raquel Raies, the Regional Educational Manager for The Macallan.
Guests indulged in the mesmerizing flavors of The Macallan Rare Cask, a masterpiece that envelops the palate in a symphony of flavors with woody undertones with rich vanilla, vibrant fruits, and sweet spices.
