Kieran Bowers serves as President of Swire Properties, Inc., heading up the U.S. operations of the Hong Kong-based conglomerate. He oversees the company’s most ambitious project to date, which is the stunning Brickell City Centre—a sprawling, state-of-the-art 4.9 million-square-foot, mixed-use project located in the heart of Brickell. Comprised of retail shops, residential condos (Reach and Rise) and a five-star hotel, EAST, Miami and two class-A office towers, Two and Three BCC—Brickell City Centre completion was a historic milestone for the growth of the city of Miami. Beyond Miami, it serves as one of the most important large-scale developments in the country.

Bowers uses his expertise in the real estate development industry to oversee the massive U.S. project, as well as their future growth within Miami. Outside of business endeavors, Bowers also serves on the board of directors of Friends of The Underline, a 501C3 non-profit organization that’s aiming to transform the underutilized land below Miami’s Metrorail into a 10-mile linear park, urban trail and cavas for artistic expression.

It’s clear that Bowers is one of the ultimate game-changers for the city of Miami, constantly working to help evolve it and enhance its presence as one of the country’s top cosmopolitan cities.
