The menu at Staplehouse changes based on the season, the ingredients available at the local farms and ultimately on the mood of the kitchen staff. But their approach of local sourcing and farm-to-table is working and working well. In fact, aside from the 8-seat bar that is available for walk-ins, reservations are a must..and not easy to come by. Book your next meal here in advance. The second Friday of each month, they release reservations for the following month, so if you want a specific date, watch for those seats to go up for grabs. You won’t regret it.
