As the epic Spanish soccer rivalry went down in the Magic City on Saturday evening, celebs from all over flocked to the 305 to celebrate at local hot spots throughout the weekend. STORY played host to a legendary 3-day lineup of Drake, French Montana and Future, respectively, while the celeb-favorite Rockwell was packed to the walls on Saturday night as producer and social media sensation DJ Khaled hosted the evening. For a look at some highlights of El Clásico weekend, as well as what other boldface names were seen out and about partying the days and nights away, here’s the scoop:
FRIDAY
Drake kicked off Friday night’s festivities at STORY where he hosted the evening in the nightclub, attracting fellow celebs like Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, French Montana, Dave East, Maverick Carter and Jessie Usher. Golden State Warrior Draymond Green was also spotted at the nightclub at his own table on the dance floor. Around 2:45 a.m. Drake jumped atop the DJ booth platform and gave a surprise concert to fans. What did he do the following day to unwind after this epic performance? He enjoyed a home-cooked meal with his close friends at Byblos—the Toronto transplant is known to be one of the star’s favorite spots.

After an adrenaline rush at the El Clásico battle as FC Barcelona took home the 3-2 champions title, the night was only just beginning. And there’s no better way to celebrate than with a DJ Khaled-hosted party at Rockwell. The star hosted and performed at the Beats by Dre official after party for a packed house, drawing in Miami Heat player Hassan Whiteside, social media sensation Amanda Cerny, Golden State Warrior Draymond Green, LA Clipper Austin Rivers as well as soccer stars including Marcelo Vieira (Real Madrid), and more, who celebrated with flaming bottles of Belaire Rosé champagne and Ciroc vodka. After his performance, Khaled followed up with a very rare DJ set which set the crowd going wild.

SUNDAY
STORY ensured that Sunday scaries were nowhere to be found as the club ushered in the final performance of the weekend, closing out strong with Future. And it was clear that celebs still had not had enough of the Magic City, and particularly the haute nightlife destination, as they took to the club yet again. Niki Minaj returned to STORY with Future and Yung Thug and was dressed to impress in a Balmain corset jumpsuit with matching denim jacket, a tweed Chanel bag and Philip Plein gladiator shoes, sporting long blonde and pink hued tresses. Future made Nikki the queen of the night by treating her and his table to a whopping ten bottles of Ace of Spades champagne (the prestigious bubbly totaled roughly $20k).
