Haute Secrets Boston: Alexa Nicholls Costa & Alexandra Rogers of Boston’s LexRx
The nurse practitioners and co-founders of LexRx know the secret to putting your best face forward takes just a little help. At their newest location on Newbury Street in Boston (there is a second location in Lynnfield), Alexa Nicholls Costa and Alexandra Rogers offer a boutique aesthetic practice focusing solely on BOTOX and dermal filler treatments. Think of it as the Drybar of aesthetic treatments.

The LexRx’s co-founders offer a curated service menu, creatively trademarked as ‘The LexRx LineUp,’ that includes easy-to-understand illustrations and treatment education for clients. For example, the Pretty Peepers treatment smooths out crow’s feet with BOTOX while Pucker Up plumps lips with dermal filler.
We caught up with them recently to find out what they love most about Boston.
