LA: Kate Hudson and Her Squad Celebrate the 2016 Caviar Harvest

On Thursday night, Kate Hudson and her squad had the ultimate high-end girls night out as they celebrated the 2016 harvest of ROE caviar at the Absolut Elyx house in Los Angeles.
Hudson and her pals—of whom included Erin and Sara Foster, Rachel Zoe Jennifer Meyer and Courteney Cox as well as ROE co-owner Sarah Meyer Michaelson (Jennifer’s sister)—joined Absolut Elyx CEO Jonas Tahlin at the fete. Additional guests included fellow ROE co-owner Daniel Landver, Tobey Maguire, Minka Kelly and Whitney Port.

All guests enjoyed a feast showcasing ROE caviar’s 2016 harvest paired with signature Absolut Elyx cocktails. Hudson enjoyed hand-cut chittara with caviar paired with her Roe Roe Roe your Boat Martini—Absolut Elyx, Lillet Blanc, Pernod Absinthe, and orange bitters—while catching up with friend, Cox. Long-time friends, Jen Meyer, Sara Foster, and Rachel Zoe had fun perfecting their selfie skills under the legendary SKAL sign, while producer Joel Silver and his wife Karyn toasted Kate Hudson on her recent blockbuster film, Deepwater Horizon.
The dinner included ROE-topped little gem caesar, dry aged Stemple Creek Ranch beef ribeye, marinated zucchini & grilled squash, and White Chocolate Mousse. At the bar, Absolut Elyx CEO Jonas Tahlin poured signature cocktails and martinis including their Copper Cup #3 made with Absolut Elyx, elderflower cordial, lemon, and Champagne, as well as their Butterfly Slush made with Absolut Elyx, Lillet Blanc, jasmine tea, lemon and orange blossom honey.
