Cure Cabin Fever At Inn The Park

Wondering what to do during the festive lull (that’s the period between Christmas and New Year) in London? We’ve got a suggestion for you: how about heading into the heart of St James’s Park for a lazy brunch at Inn the Park

Head chef, Collin Kelly, has created a special seasonal menu that launches on Boxing Day (December 26). Wake up with the wildlife over stacks of pancakes with maple syrup and maple cured bacon, pulled pork hash with fried eggs or potted shrimps on sour dough, washed down with freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, artisan coffee and Peyton and Byrne teas.

Nestled among the stunning gardens of St James’s Park, Inn the Park is an eco-friendly restaurant that blends seamlessly into its surroundings to offer a natural oasis right in the heart of London. Guests will be able to enjoy seasonal starters such as warmed salad of Greggs squash, bulgar wheat and burnt onions followed by mains including Classic fish and hand cut chips with tartar sauce or 6oz rib-eye steak with herb butter but save room for desserts such as Vanilla waffles with hot chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream or a Classic lemon posset with shortbread.

The new menu is available for a limited time only between 26 December – 1 January from 10am-3pm.Â
