Fall Cocktail Recipes To Help You Kick Off The Weekend

As much as we love sipping pumpkin spice lattes on crisp fall days, when Friday afternoon rolls around, we’re inclined to swap out espresso for something a little more festive. And while we’d prefer to savor said adult beverages nestled in a cabin atop the Adirondack Mountains, sometimes, a weekend getaway just isn’t in the cards. But not to fear! Haute Living reached out to celebrated mixologist Zachary Blair for delicious cocktail recipes served at Whiteface Lodge in upstate New York to help you kick off the season (and weekend) right.

Few flavors scream fall as much as tangy cranberry and sweet apple. Get the best of both worlds with this flavorful autumn cocktail named after the American geologist responsible for naming the Adirondack Mountains.

Ingredients:
2oz Bison Grass Vodka
2oz apple juice
Dash of celery and cranberry Bitters
Splash of lemon juice
Splash of simple syrup.
Garnish with Celery and Cranberries

Plum Bob

For a sweet twist on a classic Manhattan that tastes just like homemade Apple Pie, whip up this ruby-hued drink. To truly wow your guests, be sure to garnish the beverage with seasonal fresh fruit.

Ingredients:
2.5oz Apple Pie Bourbon
1.5oz Averell Gin
2 Dashes of Chuncho bitters
Garnish with yellow/purple plum
