Morabito Properties’ Beach House 8 Sold Out

Beach House 8, the fabulous boutique building by Valerio Morabito’s Morabito Properties has sold out. There are only 8 units in the exclusive building, and prices begin at $5.9 million. Each unit occupies a floor or greater and range from 3,783 to 5,200 square feet of interior space with an additional 1,000 to 6,000 of terrace space.

“Our buyers were looking for intimate living with a level of privacy and exclusivity only attainable in a boutique building. Beach House 8 stands out as the only boutique residential building in the area offering luxury living,” said Valerio Morabito, CEO of Morabito Properties. The penthouse was sold to Brazilian billionaire and business mogul Mario Garnero for $14 million. 

The building partnered with Luxury Attaché to provide the best services available to match the design and construction of the all-glass tower designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica.  Interiors by internationally acclaimed designer Michele Bonan will be of the highest-quality materials like Boffi Kitchens, and spa-like bathrooms with oceans of Calacatta marble that Morabito and partner Ugo Colombo have become known for using on their properties.

Beach House 8 made it’s debut at Haute Living’s Real Estate Summit which brought Miami’s biggest developers and brokers together for one haute event. Since then, there has been quite a buzz about the project, which is said to be the last waterfront property located within the historic Collins Waterfront Architectural District, a hot new section of Miami Beach.
