Hosted on the last Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m., Meet the Winemaker gives guests the opportunity to interact and indulge in a spirited evening, enjoying not just the wine, but also the winemaker’s passion and knowledge of his craft.

Tickets are $25 per attendee and include a wine tasting along with Chef Joseph Rose’s selected accompaniments. If guests wish to continue the educational experience with the featured winemaker, Chef Rose will create a special pairing menu after the class, available for this night only. “It’s a fun chance for me to play up different seasonal flavors, and use my palate to create a special menu that pairs well wine these spectacular wines,” says Rose. For both class and dinner, tickets are available at $100 per person, for dinner, the cost is $85. The seven-course wine dinner includes creations such as Lobster with ginger butter and a Thai lobster broth paired with ‘Vin Gris De Cigare’ rose, and Seared Foie with cherries and an almond crust paired with ‘A Proper Claret’ blend.
