The ninth annual District Fit Festival at CityPlace West Palm Beach has officially become the largest wellness event in its history, bringing together thousands of participants for four days dedicated to fitness, music, and community-driven lifestyle experiences. Hosted by Related Ross, the festival welcomed more than 1,400 attendees across multiple days and approximately 20,000 visitors during the main festival day, reinforcing its reputation as Palm Beach County’s leading wellness gathering.
Held across the vibrant spaces of CityPlace and the Hilton West Palm Beach, District Fit transformed the downtown district into a high-energy hub for health-focused programming, live music, wellness activations, and culinary experiences. The expanded four-day format reflects the growing demand for immersive lifestyle events that combine fitness, culture, and social connection.
As wellness continues to become a defining element of modern urban living, the festival illustrates how community-centered programming can elevate a city’s cultural identity. For West Palm Beach, District Fit has evolved from a one-day fitness gathering into a landmark event that celebrates the city’s emerging lifestyle and innovation scene.
A Multi-Day Celebration of Fitness, Wellness, and Community

Presented by the Cleveland Clinic, the festival brought together leading fitness brands, trainers, and wellness innovators to create a comprehensive experience centered on performance, recovery, and community connection.
“District Fit has truly come into its own this year, with record-breaking attendance and our most dynamic lineup to date,” said Eileen Sturgis, Director of Marketing at Related Ross. The event’s continued growth reflects a broader cultural shift toward wellness as a social experience rather than simply a personal routine.

The result was a dynamic environment where fitness enthusiasts, industry professionals, and curious newcomers could discover new approaches to health and longevity.
Thought Leadership and The Future of Wellness
The festival began with an exclusive thought leadership event titled The Future of Vitality, hosted at the Related Ross Experience Center. The invitation-only gathering brought together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and wellness innovators to explore the rapidly evolving health and longevity sector.

A Growing Cultural Moment for West Palm Beach
Beyond its fitness programming, District Fit also delivered a measurable cultural and economic impact for the city. The festival attracted visitors from across the region and beyond, contributing to increased foot traffic throughout downtown West Palm Beach.
Organizers noted a strong concentration of attendees between the ages of 22 and 34, highlighting the event’s appeal to younger audiences seeking lifestyle-focused experiences. Foot traffic during the festival reached up to 50 percent higher than the previous year, reflecting the event’s expanding influence.
According to Webber Hudson, Executive Vice President of Related Ross, the festival embodies the original vision behind CityPlace: creating a space where people gather to connect through shared experiences.
As West Palm Beach continues to grow as a destination for culture, innovation, and lifestyle, District Fit has firmly established itself as one of the city’s defining annual events.
