Jaquet Droz Unveils Grande Seconde SW Côtes de Genève for Basel 2014
This week luxury watchmaker Jaquet Droz gave us a sneak peek at the new Grande Seconde SW Côtes de Genève. The newest edition of Jaquet Droz’s iconic Grande Seconde SW, this timepiece will get its official debut when BaselWorld 2014 kicks off on March 27.
The 45mm Grande Seconde SW Côtes de Genève features two distinctive off-centered dials, with hours and minutes on top and a large seconds subdial below.
The traditional Côtes de Genève ornamental pattern gives the anthracite gray dial a unique depth. The sapphire crystal caseback features an engraving of the individual series number.
Instead of the usual rubber and metal strap of the Grande Seconde SW, this edition features an alligator leather strap, also in anthracite gray.
