Haute Event: The Ferretti Group Launches Chic New Sobe Sales Center

The Ferretti Group, the Italian ship building company with eight spectacular brands: Riva, Ferretti, Pershing, Bertram, Itama, Mochi Craft, CRN and Ferretti Custom Line, has opened the first yacht sales center at the gateway of Miami Beach on 5th and Alton in the Icon. The sleek offices will house eight sales people, an Allied Marine yacht brokerage and charter management and listing services. For now the company has three slips in the marina which will showcase both new and occasional yachts for prospective buyers to board on a rotating basis.

To celebrate, Ferretti invited a few hundred friends and clients to the Miami Beach Marina to explore some of their sexiest yachts including a Ferretti Yacht 800Pershing 82Riva 75 Venere SuperRiva Rivale 52, and a Pershing 64 all while they sipped Italian bubbly and enjoyed nibbles from Bill Hansen Catering. Guests were able to see the beautiful new modern offices that will house the Ferretti sales team in South Beach as well.

Ulysses Nardin had an exciting world debut for a new timepiece at the party, dubbed The Schooner. The watch is named for and inspired by the winning sailboat called “America’ in the first America’s Cup in 1851. The partnership between the luxury Swiss watch manufacturer and the Italian yacht maker is clear, as is the choice for Ferretti to expand from their Fort Lauderdale showroom down to South Beach. James Henderson, Ferretti Group America’s President and CEO said, “We chose to grow our footprint in Miami given that in the last 10 years the city has become an incredibly prominent location in the US market. The majority of our clients have second homes in Miami Beach and some have even established primary residences here as well.”

The event was attended by VIPs from sponsors Ulysses Nardin and Prestige Imports, which provided eye candy with two Lamborghinis and transportation between the marina and the Ferretti Group’s Brasil office with Audis.
