Echo Aventura Hosts Grand Groundbreaking

Echo Aventura, the luxurious new Carlos Ott-designed building surrounded by water, celebrated their groundbreaking event on Wednesday, July 24. The building is 70% sold out already and stands to go fast. Property Markets Group who handles the sales, celebrated by handing out one hundred percent commission checks to brokers whose buyers had already given their second installment payment for their units. The building combines the pinnacle of design, space and technology with condos ranging from two to four spacious bedrooms. Penthouses boast plunge pools, private terraces and Apple smart technology.
