Biscayne Beach Launches at Villa Veritatis
On a warm midsummer Tuesday night in Miami Beach, hundreds gathered at Terra Veritatis, the private residence of engineering mogul Billy Dean, as co-hosts Cervera Real Estate, Eastview Development, GTIS Partners and celebrity interior designer Thom Filicia celebrated the launch of Edgewater’s newest luxury condo, Biscayne Beach. The 51-story high-rise tower will boast Miami’s first bayfront beach club – with 335 linear feet of land directly facing the waters of Biscayne Bay – complete with white sand, swimming piers, jet skis and paddle boarding. Forever known as one of The Fab Five on the hit-show Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, celebrity interior designer Thom Filicia will make his Miami design debut as Biscayne Beach’s exclusive design partner.
