Haute 100 Miami Update: Pharrell Williams Slashes $6 Million Off Miami Penthouse Price

Haute-lister and N.E.R.D. front man Pharrell Williams is looking for a change of scenery. After purchasing a super modern penthouse in Miami in 2007 for $12.525 million, he decided to list the property last fall for about $16.8 million. As the bachelor pad has been on the market since November, so in order to garner some buzz about the 9,000-square-foot property, the price has been reduced to $10.9 million—a nearly $6 million dollar price cut. The abode, with its five bedrooms and six baths overlooks Biscayne Bay and features a home theater and floor-to-ceiling windows.
