Actor Sacha Baron Cohen and his wife, actress Isla Fisher, are currently leasing their 2,806-square-foot Hollywood Hills West home for $10,000 a month. Located near another home the couple owns, the property is also currently on the market for sale for $2.595 million.

Known for his comedic roles in films like Borat and Bruno, English comedian/actor Sacha Baron Cohen and his wife are making the transition from property owners to landlords on one of their L.A. residences. By turning their midcentury-style home into an investment property, the couple hopes to get $9,950 per month from tenants looking to live in the esteems Hollywood Hills West area.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the home was originally built in 1959 but it has since been renovated. It is a single-story home with canyon and mountain views. The 2,806 square feet of living space includes four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, beamed ceilings, a fireplace, media room/den, a swimming pool, spa and outdoor gym.
