Dora Puig Posts South Beach Record Breaking $21 Million Sale

Dora Puig has just sold the ICON South Beach PH2, originally listed for $19,000,000, for two million dollars above asking price. Dora has been doing luxury real estate sales for 23 years in Beverly Hills and Miami and has been responsible for $1 billion dollars in sales in the South Florida market. $50 million of that alone has been in the Apogee on South Pointe. As the real estate market heats up, Dora may break that record again soon if she sells her PH2 listing at The Continuum for the asking price of $39 million. Stay tuned.
