Bianca Celebrates 1 Year Anniversary With Guest Favorites Menu

A year ago, The Light Group took over the Delano’s restaurant space and opened Bianca with Executive Chef Brian Massie at the helm. A star-studded opening that included Alex Rodriguez, Jonathan Cheban and Chris Botti ensured the new Italian eatery was off to a good start. And dishes like salt-roasted Branzino, slow-braised Ossobuco and several seasonal truffle plates have been pleasing diners ever since. Now, to celebrate their first anniversary, Bianca has created a Guest Favorites menu that includes not just favorites from Bianca like the Truffle Tagliatelle and Veal Ravioli, but also UMI Sushi and Sake Bar such as Big Eye Tuna Pizza. The restaurant will have a special Valentine’s Day a 3 course dinner and champagne toast for $200 a couple.
