Whether you want to sip by the glass or splurge on a bottle, there are four delicious Henri Giraud Champagnes to choose from: Blanc de Blancs NV, Esprit Rosé NV, Hommage à François Hémart Grand Cru and the excellent Code Noir Grand Cru NV. There is also a delicious canapé menu with a variety of plates including bruschetta with smoked ham, fig and aged balsamic vinegar reduction, or mini beef skewers with wild mushroom risotto balls, to name just a few.
