Haute Spot: Sassafras Brings Southern Hospitality to Hollywood
On September 14, Sassafras will open its doors redefining southern comfort on Vine in Hollywood. The haute spot will feature specialty drinks like the Toasted Pecan Julep that includes brandy, rum, fresh mint, house made toasted pecan liqueur and the Sassafras Royal made with house-brewed sarsaparilla, rye with root spirit and house made sassafras bitters.
3,000 square foot of space will be recreated into a Hollywood drinker from a mere Savannah townhouse, with an several fireplaces, a porch and living rooms, along with the help of concierge Jared Mort and bartender Aaron Stepka organizing an array of crafted barrel-aged cocktails.
Sassafras has always been known to be the Southern belle of 1933 Group’s: Bobby Green, Dmitry Liberman and Dimitri Komarov , so many can look forward to live music from 6 pm to 2 am, Sassafras nightly hours of operation.
