Haute 100 LA Update: Ron Howard to Direct New Aztec Drama for Showtime
Ron Howard’s latest project takes on an era that hasn’t been explored in recent pop culture history.
The Apollo 13 is heading to Showtime to direct the Aztec drama “Conquest”.
The series will be written by Jose Rivera of The Motorcycle Diaries and On the Road and tells the story of Spanish Conquistador Hernan Cortes and his clash with final Aztec ruler Moctezuma II.
