Haute Event: Stars Get Glee-ful at Billabong Design For Humanity Benefit

News | July 27, 2012

The stars of Glee turned up to hear other people make beautiful music on Wednesday night as they attended Billabong’s Design for Humanity benefit in Hollywood.

The New York lot at Paramount Studios was transformed into a makeshift block party as Walk the Moon, Imagine Dragons, The Lumineers and The Joy Formidable performed.

Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele, Darren Criss and Heather Morris of Fox’s hit high school singing show were on hand to catch the action.

Guests like Sophia Bush, Kristen Bell, Miss California Natalie Pach, Romeo, Shaun White and pro surfer Kelly Slater enjoyed three stages of music, a DJ dance party, a runway fashion show presenting one-of-a-kind Billabong bikinis, organic food trucks and a custom art gallery.

The massive fashion-music-art party raised $110,000 for the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation, an organization “dedicated to creating a sustainable, healthful and equitable food future.”
