When he’s not moonlighting as producer to the Tony award-winning musical Fela!, about the Nigerian singer and activist Fela Kuti, or film documentaries like I Bring What I Love, about the Senegalese singer and activist Youssou N’Dour, he’s hard at work as an art dealer with a gallery on 57th Street specializing in 20th Century and contemporary art.
