Frasier actor Kelsey Grammer has listed his Bel-Air estate for $18 million. Located in the elite Holmby Hills area, the mansion sits behind high hedges and includes a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

Known for owning numerous luxury properties at a time and then selling them to buy new ones, Grammer has listed the Holmby Hills home just weeks after closing on a Beverly Hills mansion, which he bought for $6.5 million.

Built in 1980 for composer Henry Mancini, the home is an English Country style estate that Grammer purchased in 2007 for $13.7 million from philanthropist Michael Armand Hammer. The house is gated is sits on 0.82 acres of land and has a gym, parking for four cars, a swimming pool, covered terrace, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and seven fireplaces.
