Haute Event: Day Four at Vegas Uncork’d Treats Guests to Guy Savoy, Charlie Palmer and the Pellegrino Family
On Mother’s Day, guests attending Sparkling Brunch with Guy Savoy were treated to an exclusive menu by the famed chef in honor of the wonderful occasion at his Michelin-starred restaurant at Caesars Palace. They were delighted to meet the world-renowned chef amidst free flowing champagne and enjoyed an unforgettable menu filled with mouth-watering entrées.
Adding to the festivities for Mother’s Day, food lovers enjoyed a fun-filled brunch at Steak & Eggs with Charlie Palmer at Aureole at Mandalay Bay. Chef Charlie Palmer, Vincent Pouessel, Executive Chef of Aureole, and Vincent Pilon, Mandalay Bay Executive Pastry Chef and Master Chocolatier, cooked up mouthwatering bites in front of guests for an extravagant brunch paired with sparkling wine.
As the final hours of Vegas Uncork’d came to an end, guests joined the Pellegrino family on the patio of Rao’s at Caesars Palace for Rao’s On The Grill. Dressed in casual clothes and a baseball cap, Frankie Pellegrino manned the grill serving up Italian dishes at this backyard-style BBQ. The crowd loved the personal setting as if in Frankie’s house for a family gathering and was delighted to discover a couple was celebrating 67 years of marriage among them. With a cocktail in hand, everyone enjoyed a preview of refreshing Italian delicacies from the not-yet-released cookbook, Rao’s on the Grill, and brought a copy home as a keepsake of their time with the Pellegrino family.
