What a Gem : CH Group’s Lead in the Luxury Jewelry Market
CH Group’s flagship store, Chong Hing Jewelers in San Gabriel, Calif., recently celebrated its 40th anniversary amongst VIP clients, local dignitaries, brand presidents and partners, all of whom were invited to participate in a traditional lion dance, ribbon cutting and raffle. The festivities were followed by a banquet dinner at The Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
A major component of the Lee family’s success is their presentation of the shopping experience.
“The whole shopping experience should be very comfortable and very relaxing,” Lee said. “You’re seeing very good and exquisite pieces but the environment and the ambiance is also very important. Customer service is always our number one.”
In appreciation of their own good fortune and prosperity, the Lee family makes it a point to give back. They stay involved in local charities such as Susan G. Komen for the Cure, The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Asian American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Jewelers for Children.
