Haute Event: Solange Knowles Spins at Marquee for Her Birthday

On Saturday, Nicole Scherzinger celebrated her 33rd birthday at Marquee Dayclub at the Cosmopolitan, taking over a cabana with friends.

Another birthday girl, Solange Knowles, was also spotted soaking in the sun at the hot spot, as were Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat, and at a separate table Cam Newton, the No. 1 draft pick of the Carolina Panthers.

DJs Roger Sanchez and Dirty South kept the pool party going and the packed crowd was treated to a surprise set by ATB to close out the day. Swedish House Mafia was spotted taking in the scene.

Saturday night, the party picked up right where it left off with Roger Sanchez in the main room presenting his “Release Yourself Cabaret,” while Solange Knowles manned the decks in the Library. Knowles had a special delivery of birthday cupcakes during her set.

Also spotted in the Boombox were current and former NFL pros Warren Moon, Eddie George, Michael Irvin, Ray Lewis and Tony Gonzalez.
