French fashion designer Christian Audigier, the man behind the funky Ed Hardy clothing line, has listed his Hancock Park home at a “reduced” selling price, holding a market value of $8.265 million. The pad once lived in by the late Michael Jackson was fully remodeled and designed by the fashion entrepreneur himself.
The 8,276-square-foot house that lies over the 32,000 acre lot was built in the 1920s and was purchased by Audigier in 2007 for $4.78 million. The home includes seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a grand foyer, gourmet chef’s kitchen, hotel bar, and an .8-acre corner-lot estate that comes with separate guesthouse, custom-sized pool with two cabanas, built-in 20-foot bar, and an outdoor grilling kitchen.
The estate will be sold as a package and will includes the designer’s Royal Rolls Phantom 5.
