Bianca Ladow, is the Executive Director of EarlCrown, who specialize in project managing and interior designing super high-end and luxury homes.

Bianca was born in Johannesburg and came to London aged 11. After completing a degree in international business and a Masters in property valuation and law Bianca moved into the world of high-end property.

Since taking over the reigns at EarlCrown, Bianca has managed several of London’s most stunning projects.

Bianca describes EarlCrown’s approach to high-end property as the ‘yacht concept’. She says: “our philosophy is to create the world’s finest homes that are fully furnished and ready for clients to move into at the drop of a hat. We don’t just consider ourselves to be property managers, our objective is to create little pieces of history that will last for generations to come.”
