Celebrate the Masters at deca RESTAURANT at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago
Brunch returns to deca RESTAURANT in masterful fashion on Sunday, April 10th celebrating the 2011 Masters Golf Tournament. Tee-off the day in deca (located at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, a Four Seasons Hotel), with fairways of festive fare.
Start things off with Sandtrap Seasonal Oysters on the Halfshell, hit the Putting Green Panna Cottas, taste a winner with Eagle Egg Quiche and Hole in One Ham. Sample a Fairway of Fruits and Berries as well as Out of Bounds Omelettes and Watson’s Waffles. Save room for the Driving Range Desserts where Amen Corner Crisp, Ace Apple Beignets and Palmer’s Puff Pastry Napoleon are a sweet end to the experience.
A Masters Brunch wouldn’t be complete without Arnold Palmer drinks and Executive Chef Mark Payne’s own version of the famed Augusta National’s Pimento Cheese sandwich.
Flat screen televisions will broadcast the tournament allowing guests to savor the masterful play of the final round as well as the cuisine. For those who want to work on their game, there will be Putting on the Promenade with a golf pro from Golfsmith in Lincoln Park as well as Wii golf on a large flatscreen.
Brunch is $69 per person (including a glass of Champagne, Mimosa or Bloody Mary); $30 for children ages 5-12, excluding tax and gratuity.
