Luxury building 20 Pine has some built in goodies that you should know about. They’ve got 30,000 square feet of amenity space. That means residents can hang out win four different lounges, enjoy a full service spa, take a dip in their private Turkish bath or imagine being in California, using the gold simulator. Also, if you want to avoid stepping outside; this is one of the few building in New York City where you can do that. The building offers residents private subway access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, J and M trains.
The building’s Full Swing Golf Simulator allows golfers to hit a virtual round of golf and program it to play anywhere from St. Andrews to Pebble Beach. For the ladies, the Complete Body Spa will rub away you tense muscles with deep tissue massage, or brighten up your skin with microdermabrasion facials.
Also, there is an amazing 60-foot swimming pool, and the space is a converted bank vault that dates back to when the building was Chase Manhattan Bank headquarters. (Come on, how cool is that?)
