Get A Body Like Kelly Ripa With Physique 57
Want a body and face like Kelly Ripa? You’re in luck. On September 23, 2010, the famous Physique 57™ workout system (responsible for bodies like Kelly, Zooey Deschanel and Sarah Jessica Parker) will join forces with Bioré® Skincare to help us Floridians look and feel amazing.

Instructor Alicia Weihl will lead a focused and proven cardiovascular program of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches using interval training sets that incorporate muscle-defining arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, waist-chiseling abdominal moves and fluid stretches to create a long and lean dancer’s body. Each participant will also receive a sample Biore Makeup Removing Towelettes to wipe away their makeup before they start the challenging workout – reducing the likelihood of post-workout breakouts.
