Cheer On The Dolphins Over Sushi

In honor of the Miami Dolphins football season, RA Sushi in South Miami and Pembroke Pines will be giving Dol-fans something to cheer about. From September 12, 2010 through January 2, 2011, the already popular menu will draft the specially created “Fins Roll” to the team.

The “Fins Roll” – an eight-piece spicy lobster roll topped with fresh salmon and avocado, drizzled with a spicy mayo sauce will boast the colors of teal and orange representing the team’s uniform and logo. The specialty roll will be available at RA Sushi in South Miami and Pembroke Pines this football season.

Fans are encouraged to visit their nearest RA Sushi straight from the stadium after home games and throughout the entire season, to enjoy the roll – perfect for tackling that game day hunger. Both RA Sushi locations will donate $2 from the sale of each Fins Roll to the Miami Dolphins Foundation which is devoted to providing and supporting signature education, health, youth athletic programs and volunteer activities that inspire and engage communities throughout Florida.

The “Fins Roll” is being served every home game during Happy Hour from 3 to 7 p.m., and can also be sampled during lunch and dinner hours. For those who can’t make it to Sun Life Stadium, RA has several large-screen HD-TVs tuned in to Dolphins games in its lively bar.

The starting lineup at RA Sushi features an array of fresh sushi and sashimi, specialty beverages and sake, plus a full roster of innovative Japanese-fusion items like the Viva Las Vegas Roll (kani kama crab and cream cheese, rolled in rice and seaweed, lightly tempura battered and topped with spicy tuna, crab mix and sliced lotus root, finished with a sweet eel sauce and spinach tempura bits) and the Tootsy Maki (crab mix, shrimp and cucumber rolled and topped with crunchy tempura bits and drizzled with a sweet eel sauce).

RA Sushi in South Miami is located at 5829 73 St. and in Pembroke Pines in the at 201 SW 145 Terrace in the Shops at Pembroke Gardens.
