Haute Event: ESVEDRA and Swarovski Team up with Falling Whistles to Raise Money for Peace
On Friday, Aug. 13, furniture sculptor Metis Tarta-Steck of ESVEDRA Designs hosted a lavish Masquerade Gala at the home of Miami restaurateur, Nelson Fox. More than 700 guests showed up to celebrate the newest ESVEDRA line, which included an exclusive Swarovski sanctioned table. Proceeds from the event went to the charity Falling Whistles: A Campaign for Peace in the Congo.
During the evening, a live string ensemble played classical renditions of popular music while guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and cotton candy. Attendees included Miami Beach City Commissioner Michael Gongora, real estate developer Michael Comras, and Haute Living‘s very own fashion director, Jilian Sanz.
