Executive Chef Patrick Sheerin of The Signature Room has partnered with Buffalo Trace Distillery to create a one night only five-course dinner complemented by signature bourbon cocktails. The delectable menu includes Bourbon Glazed Short Ribs, Crispy Pork Belly with Bourbon BBQ Baked Beans, and Bourbon Basted New York Strip Loin to name a few of the tasty entrees.

The Annual Piven Theatre Workshop Benefit
